Media Release: 17.06.10
This Saturday 19th June, with the help of Coca Cola, Hotel Cremorne will transform its Socceroos Bar into and adult playground with PlayStation3 consoles, speedball nets and more, for the ultimate Coca Cola Interactive World Cup Experience. The Coca Cola Interactive Tournament will be exclusive to Hotel Cremorne on Saturday 19th June when the Australian Socceroos take on Ghana in their World Cup bid.
Hotel Cremorne has kicked of the FIFA 2010 World Cup in style with masses turning out to watch our Socceroos take on Germany last Monday at 4:30am. Unfortunately the 4-0 defeat left many disappointed in the wee hours of the morning, however spirits are high leading into this weekend’s game against Ghana.
Hotel Cremorne Venue Manager; Steve Acevedo said; “The atmosphere throughout the World Cup has been electric and despite last Monday’s loss our Socceroos Bar was vibrant right throughout the game. This Saturday night’s Coca Cola interactive tournament will see Hotel Cremorne take on a new air with patrons really being able to immerse themselves in the activity.”
Patrons to Hotel Cremorne this Saturday will get to experience a sporting event like no other starting with the Bundaberg Rum Series when Australia take on England in the Rugby. Immediately after, the Coca Cola World Cup Tournament will take place giving patrons to the venue the opportunity to win both a Play Station 3 console and a Coca Cola Fooseball Table. The night will step up at midnight when the Socceroos take on Ghana in their must win second round game.
