When did you start? I started at TGs in October 2010
What attracted you to your current position? Joining a large organisation with a huge support team with a constant drive for success. Also being able to take on the challenge of Head Chef at one of the Groups Flagship Hotel’s.
What is the most enjoyable part of your job? Customer Satisfaction, in return gives me Job Satisfaction.
What do you bring to the TG's kitchen? I bring a great level of experience and knowledge to the TGs team to help the team grow and reach our targets.
What is your signature dish/favourite dish on the menu? I enjoy constructing the daily specials here at TGs; this gives me the opportunity to bring a different skill level to the kitchen and variety to our menu. This also gives other kitchen staff the chance to get involved and further develop their own skills.
If you could give your 18 year old self one piece of advice, what would it be? My advice to myself would be to start early in life and don’t look back!!
