Mike Whitney and the team from Sydney Weekender popped into the Town Green Inn on Wednesday for Lunch and a screening for the upcoming Port Macquarie feature to air on November 29.

Driven by Port Council Tourism, Sydney Weekender will run a feature on all Port Macquarie has to offer, including arguably, the best place to dine in Port Macquarie; the Town Green Inn with its sunny outlook over the iconic Town Green, fresh local produce used to create sumptuous seasonal dishes and the warm and inviting open plan restaurant.

Town Green Inn, Venue Manager, Charlie Redmond said; “It was great to have the Sydney Weekender Team in here at TGs. In true coastal tradition Mike and the team dined over the ‘Reef n Beef’; a popular dish here at TGs.

The feature, set to go to air on November 29 will provide a great insight into the Port Macquarie area as a holiday destination heading into the Summer months and the Town Green Inn are “...excited to give Sydney-siders a peak into all that TGs and the great town of Port Macquarie has to offer” continued Charlie.
