Minskys Piano Lounge Nabs 'Sexiest Bar' Award At This Year's Parched March Wrap Party

Parched March, the 30 day celebration throughout March is all about good times for a good cause. Now in its third year, the Parched March Crew embarked on the challenge of experiencing all the Sydney bar scene has to offer by attending 30 bars in 30 days throughout March.

Minsky's Piano Bar, now in their second year of support for the cause which aims to raise money for the Animal Welfare League, kicked off their Parched March activity with a launch party on Saturday 3rd March.

Minsky's Mix's; the team at the lower North Shore's famous late night hot spot served up the highly anticipated Parched March 'Scarlet Minx' throughout the month of March whilst revellers refreshed their vocal cords with the fresh raspberries, lime juice and vanilla sugar infused mix and southern flavour of Jack Daniels and the true French decadence of Chambord Liquor; served chilled!

The Parched March team, lead by Sun Herald Journalist and Parched March founder, Amy Cooper hit up the popular lower North Shore Piano Bar on Saturday 31st March to round out their month long celebration of Sydney nightlife.

The Parched March celebrations concluded with the official wrap party on Tuesday 3rd April at the Bucklist in Bondi. The celebrations hosted a range of participant bars, media and Parched March supporters. The awards ceremony which highlighted the astounding $20,000 raised for the Animal Welfare League and celebrated a few special mentions including Minsky's Piano Bar who raised over $1000 for the charity and took out the award for the 'Sexiest Bar'.

The Wrap Party concluded in high spirits with the Minsky's Minx's taking home their porcelain dog which will take up residence on the Minsky's mantel piece for the remainder of the year.
