The Bridgeview Hotel’s Hatted Hound Receives One Schooner in the 2012 Good Pub Food Guide

The Sydney Morning Herald’s 2012 Good Pub Food Guide was launched to industry, media and reviewers on Monday 5th December at the AHA Headquarters Sydney.
Now in its second year of publication and a more refined version of the broader Good Food Guide, the Good Pub Food Guide recognises pub food operations around NSW. The book reviews over 100 pubs around NSW with a rating and commentary section and awards schooners to those outstanding achievers.
In 2012, the Bridgeview Hotel’s Hatted Hound Bar + Dining was awarded one Schooner for their food operation, covering menu design, taste and suitability, atmosphere, ambience and hotel layout.
Bridgeview Hotel Venue Manager, Olivier Massart said; “To be recognised for excellence in the Good Pub Food Guide highlights the transformation we have seen with the introduction of the Hatted Hound to the Bridgeview Hotel”.
