NLG HOTEL GROUP TAKE OUT TWO AWARDS AT THIS YEARS AUSTRALIAN HOTELS ASSOCIATION AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE

On Monday 28th November the NSW AHA (Australian Hotels Association) Awards for Excellence were held at the Westin, Sydney. Hosted by Tom Williams and featuring special guest Diesel this years awards ceremony was witnessed by an impressive list of dignitaries and over 900 Hotel Industry guests; the most attendees to every be at the awards ceremony.

The annual AHA Awards for Excellence has become the most prestigious awards night within the hospitality industry. Judged by an independent panel of hotel experts, the awards night recognises the accomplishments of hotel industry leaders, throughout NSW, across a broad range of categories.

This year; NLG Hotel Group has received an outstanding two awards for excellence across their Retail and Gaming revenue streams; two awards now secured for the third year running. The awards included;

• Best Retail Liquor Outlet (City) - Lalor Park Hotel
• Best Gaming Venue (City) - Eastwood Hotel

“The consistency with which these two venues have been awarded for excellence in their field is a true testament to their commitment and passion” said General Manager Marketing & Commercial, Alistair Flower.

With all revenue streams being recognised for Industry excellence with a record 36 finalist nominations, NLG Hotel Group has marked their stronghold on the Industry and the many diverse revenue disciplines it has to offer.

NLG Hotel Group, Finalist nominated Venue Managers and some of their team members were in attendance at the awards ceremony which paid tribute to the excellence shown with in the industry throughout NSW on a whole.
